At Teknikum, safety and well-being at work are not just priorities, they are part of our company culture. For years, Teknikum has ensured that every employee holds an up-to-date occupational safety card. This long-term commitment to safety has produced concrete improvements in workplace well-being and accident prevention. Now, we are ready to take the next step forward.
New goal: Work well-being card training for all Teknikum employees
In the coming years, every Teknikum employee will complete the Work well-being card (Työhyvinvointikortti®) training. This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to continuously develop the work environment, strengthen our culture of well-being, and ensure that everyone at Teknikum has the tools to thrive both individually and as part of the team.
Work well-being plays a crucial role in an organization’s success. It helps extend careers, reduce sick leaves and disability costs, and boost motivation and engagement. A healthy, committed workforce drives productivity, quality, and innovation.
Training built on collaboration and shared understanding
The Work well-being card training is designed to deepen the shared understanding of workplace well-being, clarify the roles and responsibilities of both employees and supervisors, and strengthen cooperation across all levels of the organization.
During the training, participants assess the strengths and development areas of their own workplace through pre-assignments and hands-on exercises. The training day includes group discussions, case examples, and practical tasks that help identify and develop improvement areas in everyday work life.
