Teknikum® Steel Top Head Plates

Applications

Teknikum® Steel Top Head plates give longer lifetime for mill linings in specific conditions: wear resistant steel and elastic rubber body creates the combination, which is especially good in circumstances where lining must take sharp hits of grinded mineral and media.

The quality rubber and steel will be chosen for every purpose differently from Teknikum® TRL rubber compounds and steel qualities. Rubber and steel must be chosen according to grinding and process parameter.

All Steel Top head plates are moulded and tailor made for the customer mills and processes.

• PLWS – all rubber head plate with wear steel on top
• PLSWS – steel backed, steel wings with wear steel on top
• PLTWS – steel backed, steel/rubber wings with wear steel on top
• PLNWS – with integrated lifter with wear steel on top
• PLNSWS – with integrated lifter and steel backing with wear steel on tot
• PLNTWS – with integrated lifter and fully capsulated steel backing with wear steel on top
