Applications

Teknikum® Splash guard is manufactured from a mixture of natural rubber (NR) and styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR). This rubber material is pliable and has excellent cold-endurance properties. It is also very wear-resistant, and nylon reinforcements makes it extremely durable. Hardness: 65±5 ShA. Density: 1,4.

The splash guard is designed for vehicles but can be also used to protect other work machines from splashes. Additionally, the rubber sheet can be used for protecting any surfaces with its excellent wear-resistance and tensile properties.

The rubber compound is made by Teknikum and awarded by “Made in Finland” Key Flag symbol.
