Teknikum Rubber sheet NBR

Applications

Teknikum® petrol- and oil-resistant rubber sheet is made from nitrile rubber (NBR). This rubber type is very resistant to oil, acids and alkali. These rubber sheets are easy to process and glue, and their wear-resistance is excellent. Hardness: 60±5 ShA. Density: 1,25.

The properties of the rubber sheet enable use in conditions where the sheets are exposed to the long-term effect of oils and acids, for example, as seals in demanding industrial applications. These rubber sheets can also be used as splash guards and seals in work machines and agricultural machinery. This standardized NBR quality is highly recommended for demanding industrial applications.

The rubber compound is made by Teknikum and awarded by “Made in Finland” Key Flag symbol.
