Join Teknikum as Sales Manager – Industrial hoses and personal protective equipment Distributors

Are you ready to take ownership of distributor sales in demanding industries? We are now looking for a Sales Manager to strengthen and expand our distributor network across Europe.

This role is a unique opportunity for a sales professional with technical understanding to make a tangible impact on our international growth. You will be responsible for building partnerships, increasing market share, and ensuring high-level customer satisfaction in diverse and competitive markets. You will also be responsible for an existing industrial hose distributor customer base.

 

Key responsibilities

· Develop and lead our network sales partners across Europe
· Create and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability
· Negotiate agreements, terms, and pricing with partners
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and translate insights into action
· Provide both technical and commercial support to distributors
· Report sales performance and forecasts directly to management

The position is based at our headquarters in Sastamala, Finland, with hybrid and remote work options available. In this role you will report to Cebastian Doepel, Director, Sales.

 

What we expect

· 5+ years of B2B sales experience
· Proven track record in managing international distributor networks and sales
· Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
· Willingness to travel frequently
· Fluent English; additional language skills are an advantage
· Technical or engineering background is highly valued
